before you follow/interact, small talk burns out very quickly for me, unless we’re talking about an interest we have in common. but don’t lie and pretend you know anything about a topic, it’s okay not to know everything. don’t take it personally if I don’t text back or if i’m not online much, i have a life outside the internet. be respectful when talking about other people’s interests; e.g. don’t put one tv show down if you think its ‘cringe’ or hating on one ship because it disrupts your favorite ship. we can still like char1 x char2 while respecting char2 x char3 fans. also i talk about my kitten a lot, sorry.
